Represented Newfoundland Transshipment Limited and Bantrel in a lengthy multi-million dollar construction trial with respect to the construction of the marine phase of the transshipment terminal, which included issues of alliance partnering and its inter-relationship with standard construction contracts.

Represented the Plaintiff oil rig owner in the most significant product liability matter to be heard by the Supreme Court of Canada in recent years.
