Represented the province of Prince Edward Island before the National Energy Board with respect to the Maritimes and Northeast Pipeline as part of the province's on-going efforts to promote construction of a lateral line to PEI.

Represented electric utility operating in Newfoundland and Labrador with respect to personal injury claims ranging from significant impairment to fatality.

Acted on behalf of the Terra Nova owners in environmental approval and other matters associated with Newfoundland and Labrador's Terra Nova Offshore Oil Project.  

Advised the discoverers and initial exploration manager for Newfoundland and Labrador's Voisey's Bay project in the negotiation and conclusion of option, royalty and management agreements.

Represented the builders and operators of the Hibernia project, Newfoundland and Labrador's first offshore oil production project.

Acted on behalf of proponents of the Sable Offshore Energy Project in obtaining required project, regulatory and environmental approvals and other matters.
