Effective December 1, 2004, the Extra-provincial Corporations Registration Act, Stats. P.E.I. 2004, Cap. 31 (the "new Act"), will establish a new registration procedure for extra-provincial corporations carrying on business in PEI. The new act will replace the Licensing Act, R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. L-11 (the "former Act").
