Members of the official opposition NDP introduced two Bills just before the Spring session ended, proposing amendments to the Nova Scotia Trade Union Act – Eliminating the Mandatory Secret Ballot Vote in Certification Applications, and Introducing Expedited Arbitration and the Duty of Fair Representation.
Both bear watching.
